Joshua Olsen has led Monument Realty's acquisitions team for the last five years and during his nine years with Monument, he has made significant contributions on both the acquisition and development teams. His most recent accomplishments include the assemblage of Liberty View, an 880,000 square foot office and hotel development in Springfield, VA. Mr. Olsen also played a major role in the assemblage of Half Street, a 1.5 million square foot mixed-use development adjacent to Washington, DC's $880 million baseball stadium, Nationals Park. Mr. Olsen is responsible for identifying real estate opportunities, making recommendations to Monument's investment partners and closing acquisitions, which often involve a complicated set of transactions and a difficult series of negotiations, particularly in the highly competetive Washington, DC market. he has been involved with the acquisition of land for development and existing buildings totaling 5.2 million square feet, of which he was personally responsible for 2.9 million square feet. Mr. Olsen's daily duties include contract negotiation, underwriting, joint venture formation, entitlement, and financial structuring. He has served as a project manager for all aspects of an award-winning $30 million redevelopment of an office building conversion to residential condominiums and the conversion of a 150,000 square foot rental apartment building to condominums. Mr. Olsen has authored two books, Better Place, Better Lives: A Biography of James Rouse (2003) and Foggy Bottom and the West End (2010), and published two articles “On the units of geographical economics,” in Geoforum, (2002) and “Open space may not be all that it’s cracked up to be,” on the American Planning website (1999). Mr. Olsen is on the executive committee of the Washington District Council of ULI and has served nationally as a juror for ULI’s Kenneth M. Good Graduate Student Scholarship. He was named as one of Washington Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 business leaders in 2011. Josh has a B.A. in Architecture and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Yale and earned an M.S. in Geographical Sciences from the University of Bristol while a Fulbright Scholar to the United Kingdom.

Jordan began his real estate career in 2004 in Manhattan at Deutsche Bank followed by Ernst & Young in their Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities groups. In 2006 Jordan moved to Chicago where he began working on various real estate development deals. Since that time he has seen the height and trough of the real estate market. Currently, Jordan is overseeing the construction and redevelopment of JK Equities’ existing portfolio as well as working on new projects.

Dominic Wiker is an experienced development professional with over 15-years of managing large-scale development projects. He is currently overseeing the $30 million redevelopment of the 250,000 square foot historic Hoschild Kohn warehouse in Baltimore’s Mount Vernon neighborhood into 171-market rate apartments. Prior to working with The Time Group, he managed the development of McHenry Row, a $150 million mixed-use project in Baltimore’s Locust Point neighborhood and was a Senior Development Director with Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse overseeing such urban in-fill, mixed-use projects as 1209 North Charles, Charles Commons and the Village Lofts. Dominic received a Bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

Yonah Zahler founded ZAHLCO Development to make luxury living more widely accessible, and enhance the quality of life for fellow Baltimore urbanites. Bringing with him over 15 years of construction and design experience, under his vision and leadership ZAHLCO has grown into one of the leading privately held general building contractors in the region. A very hands-on manager, Yonah enjoys working with the team as he fulfills a passion for construction and design through ZAHLCO’s innovative developments.

As one of the first 25 LEED Accredited Professionals in the country, Tom Liebel, FAIA, LEED Fellow has been involved in integrating sustainable design principles into a variety of ground-breaking adaptive use and historic preservation projects over the past twenty years. Projects Tom has worked on have received multiple local, state and national awards for design, smart growth, sustainable design and historic preservation. Author, critic and mentor, Tom has consulted on green projects nationally and internationally and has recently authored a chapter on sustainable design for the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s Main Street Program publication, Revitalizing Main Street: A Practitioner’s Guide to Comprehensive Commercial District Revitalization, as well as Industrial Baltimore, an illustrated history of Baltimore’s industrial legacy. Tom currently serves as chair of Baltimore City’s Commission on Historical and Architectural Preservation (CHAP) and previously was chair of the Maryland Green Building Council.

Adam Kleeman has more than 18 years of experience providing audit, accounting and consulting services in the commercial and multi-family real estate industries. Based in CohnReznick's Baltimore office, he has extensive experience working with investors, developers, owners and management companies of various sizes and complexities. This experience includes audits of publicly-traded real estate investment trusts (REITs) and Community Development Entities (CDEs). Most recently, Adam has focused his efforts on servicing clients that utilize New Markets, historic and low-income housing tax credits to subsidize the financing of real estate projects. He has also managed engagements as the external auditor for publicly traded companies and reported on internal controls over financial reporting as required by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). Kirby Fowler is President of the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, Inc. (“DPOB”), and the Executive Director of the Downtown Management Authority – nonprofit organizations working with the public and private sectors to make Downtown Baltimore a great place for businesses, employees, residents, and visitors. Downtown Baltimore is the fastestgrowing neighborhood in the City, and it ranks 8th in the country in terms of residential density and 12th in the country in employment density. DPOB employs approximately 140 people dedicated to: cleaning sidewalks and streets; maintaining a hospitable environment; overseeing park spaces and greening initiatives; promoting economic development; monitoring infrastructure projects; reducing traffic congestion; providing business networking opportunities; and marketing Downtown amenities. Prior to joining DPOB, Kirby was Of Counsel to Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, and was also a partner in the law firm of Ober Kaler Grimes & Shriver. Previously, Kirby served as Special Assistant for Economic and Neighborhood Development under Mayor Martin O’Malley. In that position, he worked on such projects as The Brown Center at the Maryland Institute College of Art, the renaissance of Belvedere Square, and the retention of existing businesses such as Phillips Seafood. From 2001 through 2006, Kirby led the creation of the Station North Arts & Entertainment District. During that time period, more than 108 new artists moved into Station North, more than 14 establishments opened (including MICA’s Studio Center, Area 405, Load of Fun, and Joe Squared), and two significant residential projects – Railway Express and Station North Townhomes – were launched. In addition, special signage was installed, a map guide was developed, and celebrations such as “Gotta Have Art” were held to promote the district. In 2005, Kirby created the non-profit organization and hired the first full-time Executive Director of Station North. From 2009 to 2012, on appointment by Governor Martin O’Malley, Kirby served as Chair of the Maryland State Lottery & Gaming Commission, overseeing the lottery as well as the licensing and operation of the new slots facilities in Maryland. During Kirby’s tenure, the Commission drafted the first-ever regulations for slots facilities and table games; granted licenses to the first five casinos to open in Maryland; and oversaw three consecutive record-breaking years in revenue generation for the lottery. In 2010, Kirby was asked to participate on an Urban Land Institute Advisory Panel, providing advice to the City of Chicago on redevelopment of the Navy Pier. Kirby also served on the Transition Teams for Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and Mayor Sheila Dixon. He currently serves on several boards, including Baltimore Homeless Services (previously Chair), Central Baltimore Partnership, Charles Street Development Corporation, The Economic Alliance Advisory Board (previously Chair), Healthcare for the Homeless, Mount Vernon Cultural District, Public Markets Corporation, and Station North Arts & Entertainment, Inc. (previously Chair). Kirby has been named “Influential Marylander” by The Daily Record; a “Leader We Admire” by SmartCEO Magazine; “Baltimore Icon” by 89.7 WTMD; “Forty under Forty” by Baltimore Business Journal; “Father of the Year” by the American Diabetes Association, Maryland Chapter; “Breaking Boundaries” honoree by the International Interior Design Association; Fullwood Foundation Valued Hours Award recipient; and The Daily Record “Innovator of the Year” for the Charm City Circulator and “Operation: Storefront”. Kirby is a graduate of Dartmouth College and New York University School of Law. He is married to Carmina Perez-Fowler, and has two wonderful daughters.

P. David Bramble has been working in real estate investment for over 20 years. He dedicates his time to sourcing & capitalizing transactions and overseeing project underwriting and execution. As a corporate and real estate attorney by training, David brings a deep knowledge of all aspects of the real estate cycle. Prior to MCB, David served as the director of commercial lending for a regionally based full-service lending firm –Madison Funding – which he co- founded in 2000. Prior to devoting all his time to commercial real estate investment, David practiced law in the transactions group of Steptoe & Johnson LLP where he provided corporate and real estate advisory services. His practice focused on complex workouts, primarily in the real estate and financial products space. David serves as the Chairman of the Board of Lendistry, a fintech enabled CDFI focused on providing small business capital to underserved communities nationwide. He serves on the investment committee and board of the Robert W. Deutsch Foundation which invests in innovative people, projects, and ideas that improve the quality of life in Baltimore and beyond. He also serves on the boards of Johns Hopkins Bayview Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, UPENN Institute for Urban Research, The Abell Foundation, and Baltimore Tree Trust. David received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, and A.B. from Princeton University. David received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, and an A.B. from Princeton University.

With over 20 years of marketing and business development experience, Morgan serves as Vice President, Senior Business Development Officer for Stewart Title Guaranty Company- Commercial Services. Morgan specializes in developing commercial business on a national level as well as in the Mid-Atlantic region. Over his 14 years within the title insurance industry he has been responsible for seven billion in closed commercial transactions. Prior to joining Stewart Title, Morgan served in Marketing and Business Development roles for Craftsmen Developers, LLC, Commercial Settlement Services, Brinker Capital and Bank of America. Morgan’s overall leadership and performance was recognized through a series of awards in 2011 that included The Daily Record VIP successful by 40, Living Classrooms and Baltimore Business Journal 2010 Rising Star, and Urban Land Institute Leadership Award. He is also active in his community currently serving as the NAIOP Awards Gala Co-Chair, Walters Art Gallery Development Committee, Maryland Art Place board member, Homebuilders Association of Maryland Board Member and Baltimore School for The Arts Stage One board member. He is past member of the Baltimore City Mayor’s Leadership Advisory Board along with leadership roles for ULI Baltimore and The Baltimore Station. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmetsburg, Maryland. He is married to wife Jennifer and has two sons Owen and Bryce.
