  Sumeet Parekh

  Mr. Parekh brings over 15 years of diverse real estate experience to HP Investors, including institutional private equity, real estate investment banking, and as a direct investor. He manages the day to day operations of the firm, as well as deal sourcing, asset management and fundraising. Prior to founding HP Investors, Mr. Parekh acquired, structured, and managed over $3B in real estate investments in New York City for The Carlyle Group, one of the largest private equity real estate investors in the world. His projects at Carlyle included helping acquire and manage the successful development of multiple large-scale residential condominium projects as well as other office and retail investments. In addition to his experience at Carlyle, Mr. Parekh has held positions as a real estate investment banking associate at Merrill Lynch and as a corporate strategy consultant at Deloitte. Mr. Parekh holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS from the Marshall School at the University of Southern California.
