  Joshua Siegel is a Managing Director and Transactions Officer at Invesco Real Estate. Joshua leads the transaction team for the Central Region and is also directly responsible for transactions in Boston and Washington D.C. He also directs investments in specialty sectors including Senior Housing, Life Science and Data Centers. Joshua began his investment career in 1993 and joined Invesco Real Estate in 2007. Prior to joining Invesco, he was Vice President of Acquisitions at NPV, a real estate investment and operating company, where he executed the acquisition and redevelopment of properties totaling more than 1.4 million square feet. Prior to NPV, Joshua was a Vice President in Citigroup’s Real Estate Investment Banking Division where he performed investment banking services for public REITs and private real estate operating companies. While at Citigroup, Joshua closed transactions involving office, retail, industrial, multifamily and lodging assets throughout the United States and Europe. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

  Charlie Murphy serves as an Associate Partner at JB&B, where he heads up the firm’s Boston office.   Sue Hawkes

  Sue Hawkes served as the Senior Vice President for the Codman Company in Boston for 13 years before joining The Collaborative Companies as Partner and Managing Director in 1997, acquiring TCC and Velocity Marketing in 2008. The Collaborative Companies was acquired by Realogy/NRT in 2016. Ms. Hawkes is a recognized leader in the new construction industry and consults throughout the country. Active in the building industry, she served on the National Association of Home Builders Executive Committee (NAHB), as Chairman of the New England Builders Conference, and as Trustee of both the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) and the National Sales and Marketing Council, the latter of which she has chaired.
