The Real Estate and Housing team at Lloyds Bank has provided real estate investment company Aprirose with a three-year, £27.2m funding package to help it bring forward what will be Birmingham’s tallest residential building upon completion.

The 33-storey, 217-unit Tower 2 will be Aprirose’s second private rented sector (PRS) building at its The Bank development in central Birmingham. The scheme is adjacent to the 189-apartment Tower 1 which completed in June 2018. Tower 2 is expected to complete in 2019.
