Bear Construction has announced two promotions and an addition to its growing company. In 32 years, Bear has completed over 200M SF of tenant interior work, completing over 1,500 projects.
Tom Schlueter (above), LEED AP, has recently joined Bear Construction Co to support its growing healthcare division as senior project manager. Tom has 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with the last 15 years exclusively in the healthcare sector.
Phil Williams has been promoted to project manager. He’ll continue to support the institutional, educational, pharmaceutical and manufacturing division for Bear as he has for the past several years.
Brad Tatro has also been promoted to project manager. Brad has been with Bear for four years and has been working exclusively at the Merchandise Mart on numerous tenant and capital improvement projects.
