Bear Construction Co was engaged by JLL to build out a 22k SF space for Textura at the Prudential One Building in Chicago. The space highlights numerous stylish features, including the use of reclaimed barn wood siding and beams at various locations throughout the space. A sealed concrete floor and open concept complete the design vision of Partners By Design. Executive project manager Ben Miles and superintendent Dan Miles managed the project for Bear.
