The Allstate Corp selected Bear Construction Co to build out its 45k SF innovation office on the eighth floor in the Merchandise Mart. The new space will house Allstate’s quantitative research and analytical employees along with its connected car team. Office features will include open and cloud ceilings, a Town Center, coffee bars, and locker and shower rooms for the approximately 400 employees. VP Michael Colliander, senior project managers Ryan McDonough and Tim Kosogof, and superintendent Tony Melone comprise the Bear team managing the project for Allstate.
