CBRE is actively leasing a new office complex in North San Jose. Bay 101 Technology Place, a mixed-use, high-rise project at 1740 North First St. is an entitled nine-story 245K SF Class-A tower.

The leasing team includes CBRE Senior Vice Presidents Shane McNulty and Michael Grado and Burke Weismann Borelli Investment Co. Chairman Ralph Borelli.
