Parcel Serving Margaritas Sells To Legacy

San Jose Office

An affiliate of Foster City-based Legacy Partners just scooped up a 3.3-acre parcel owned by Intel, according to the Silicon Valley Business Times, and the deal could be a sign of something bigger coming to the coveted Great America Boulevard corridor. The 3935 Freedom Circle site traded for $3.2M, according to tax records, which currently houses Pedro's Restaurant and Cantina (above). The SVBT notes that Santa Clara-based microchip giant also owns two bigger parcels totaling 13.2 acres next door, and if that rare opportunity hits the market it would likely draw interest from near and far. Legacy did not return a call seeking comment.
