Hard Rock Building In Pike-Pine Trades For $20M

Placeholder

Urban Visions has sold the building that houses the Hard Rock Cafe Seattle, 114 Pike St near Pike Place Market, for more than $20M to KLM Equities. The restaurant-retailer fully occupies the property and is the only Hard Rock in the Pacific Northwest, with seating for 435 and a Rock Shop retail area.

HFF's Nick Kassab says the Pike-Pine retail submarket's already the most active in the city, and the $73M expansion of Pike Place Market will serve to "further reshape the submarket upon completion, with new vendor stalls, retail space and a viewing deck.” Nick, along with colleagues Gerry Rohm, Nicholas Kucha and Danny Reddin repped the seller.
