Microsoft Occupied Property Sells for $51M

Placeholder

A 122k SF office building in Redmond occupied by Microsoft—but not owned by the tech giant, an unusual arrangement—has traded hands. It sold to an unspecified buyer at the same time as a portfolio of 10 office properties that Kilroy Realty Corp recently sold for more than $309M. The property at 15050 NE 36th St sold for about $51M, reports Commercial Property Executive. The building is known as Microsoft Building 110. [CPE]
