New Business Park for Arlington

Placeholder

GS Venture Partners unveiled plans this week for a business park in Arlington that could be home to 1M SF of aerospace and other manufacturing companies.

The Bellevue-based company bought the 54-acre site last month for more than $4M. Formerly, Northwest Hardwoods and Weyerhaeuser occupied the land, using it as a sawmill, which closed in 2012.

Demolition of those structures will begin soon, and 11 buildings will take their place as the Gayteway Business Park. [PSBJ]
