As Twitter struggles, the company is looking to sublease out 184k SF of its Mid-Market HQ. The listing joins other space from Twitter, including 1355 Market and One 10th, making Twitter one of the largest sublease players in San Francisco.

Twitter has retained Cresa to market the property, reports the San Francisco Business Times. The sublease market has been gathering momentum as many unicorns are sputtering, making large office leases uneconomical. Twitter’s struggles reflect wider worry across the market. [SFBT]
