More Tenants Sign On At Salesforce Tower

New tenants for Salesforce Tower, set to open next spring and largely occupied by Salesforce.com, have pre-leased 106,371 SF on five floors.

Boston Properties and Hines announced the leases last week, declining to name the new tenants. Management consulting firm Bain & Co is reportedly leasing three floors and VC firm Vy Capital is leasing one floor, sources tell the San Francisco Business Times. Perhaps it was the view from the 21st floor marketing suite?

In San Francisco's biggest office lease ever, Salesforce is leasing 714k SF (about 60% of the 1.4M SF tower). The company will occupy the bottom half of the tower and the 61st floor penthouse. [SFBT]
