Emerald Fund Gets Green Light

Last week the Planning Commission gave the OK for 420 residential units planned for 150 Van Ness. Emerald Fund, with equity partner National Electrical Benefit Fund, will soon demo the former offices of AAA to make way for the new 120-foot building. Also on tap there: 9k SF of ground-floor retail and 210 parking spots, reports The Registry. The new project brings Emerald Fund's multifamily push in the Civic Center neighborhood up to about 1,000 units (which includes 400 apartments at 100 Van Ness and 162 units at 101 Polk, both slated to debut this year). [REG]
