Look Who's Filling Up Fast

San Francisco Office

Want to move into Jamestown's 799 Market (pictured)? You're out of luck. Platphorm’s new 5,600 SF lease brings the 143k SF project to 100% occupancy. (They took the last cookie!) It's a new office for the growing multi-modal marketplace for information exchange and paid advice. Jamestown's Michael Phillips says the lease means the tech sector is moving closer to the CBD. Don't go to Jamestown's neighboring 22 Fourth looking for options, either; Demandforce, a division of Intuit’s small business segment, recently ate up all the office space there.
