The Modera, a 180-unit residential tower proposed in Rincon Hill by Mill Creek Residential, will undergo further redesign in response to opposition from the neighborhood. The new building design will feature additional changes to fit in with the neighborhood’s established style.
Considered changes include removing a brick base, coloring the precast concrete and increasing the café space, reports SocketSite. The modifications come after the neighboring 45 Lansing St’s developers and 50 Lansing St’s homeowners association protested the original design.
City planners have approved the Modera at the gas station site pictured above and are likely to reapprove the newly proposed design modifications.
