Bisnow Exclusive: NEMA for Sale?

The wildly successful apartment project next to Twitter could be going up for grabs. Bisnow sources say owner Crescent Heights recently brought in HFF's local team to explore opportunities.

As of last month, the 754-unit luxury project was 97% occupied, just a little over a year after opening, and the building's latest addition is an expansive art installation at the corner of 10th and Market, called Promised Land. Crescent regional ops manager Roman Speron tells us he has no comment.

The potential buyer of the four residential towers would inherit an insanely snazzy 11k SF gym, The Wright Fit, conceived by famous fitness guru Jay Wright. Workout fanatics can soak off the sweat outside in the nearby 60-foot heated saline lap pool. We broke the news last year about Crescent taking over the Honda dealership at Market and South Van Ness, and the team is now working on the plans for the apartment project.
