Stonehenge At NEMA?

On Sunday night (amid the rainbow boa feather clean-up from the Pride Parade hours earlier) NEMA quietly got an art installation as part of its new public plaza. The boulders were lifted by cranes and placed in their permanent location on the corner of 10th and Market. Artist Topher Delaney created Whispering Sculpture, comprised of these two monumental blocks of stone. As a person faces one stone and whispers to it, it'll be heard by another person facing the second stone. (Since Twitter is next door, we hope this will get more residents talking instead of typing.)
