San Francisco Hotel

With the passage of Prop B last month, will development be trimmed back in the areas affected—like Mission Rock (near AT&T Park) and Pier 70? On Thursday we snapped Allen Matkins land use guru David Blackwell, among the experts speaking at the event, who has long followed the economic and political currents near the water. He says it's an historic time for the city: a convergence of huge housing needs, limited office space, heavy development activity, and active citizen involvement. Officials of the Port of San Francisco, Forest City, Wilson Meany, Orton, SPUR, Turner, and the Woods Bagot, and the SF Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure, will also join us. We hope you will, too.
