EOTech LLC, which develops and manufactures optics, signed a 73K SF lease; Intevac, a thin-film processing system supplier, signed a 75K SF lease; and Evoloh, a clean-tech company, signed a 25K SF lease.
A Hines-sponsored fund acquired the technology park in 2020.
Bassett Technology Park is a single-story, six-building campus at 3508-3580 Bassett St. in Santa Clara, between the 101 Freeway and Montague Expressway.

Brooks Pedder, Tony Binswanger and Bo Harkins joined CBRE’s Walnut Creek office to facilitate selling and leasing industrial and logistics properties in Contra Costa, Solano and Napa counties.
