Transwestern Has Big Plans for S.F.

Get ready to hear Transwestern's name more.The firm is moving longtime exec Rob Bagguley to S.F. in an effort to spur some growth in the area. Rob, here speaking at his daughter's wedding last year, will lead Transwestern’s existing operations in the Bay Area as executive managing director. He was chief innovation officer and president of the firm’s Midwest region from 2001 to 2011, during which time he grew the region from 24 to nearly 300 team members and launched offices in Minneapolis and St. Louis. Now he'll be responsible for overall strategy, business development, recruitment and financial performance. Rob is no stranger to NorCal, having started his commercial real estate career here and spending more than 20 years in the region.
