Hudson Pacific Sells Burlingame Office for $90M

Hudson Pacific Properties has sold Bay Park Plaza, a 260k SF office property in Burlingame, to H&Q Asia Pacific for $90M in cash.

Hudson acquired the property as part of its $3.5B office portfolio purchase from Blackstone. Bay Park Plaza is at 555 and 577 Airport Blvd and consists of two Class-A office buildings. The waterfront site is just two miles away from the San Francisco International Airport.

Tenants at the property include Virgin America, which occupies the majority of 555 Airport. Hudson Pacific was represented by Eastdil Secured while Alain Pinel Realtors represented H&Q. [TR]
