TENANTS FIND SPACE...OUTER SPACE

| An improved economy means dwindling tenant concessions, but many aren’t ready to put landlords in the driver’s seat. Following yesterday’s discovery of 16 new super-Earths, multiple big box tenants have threatened to leave their anchor positions for planets such as HD 85512 b unless their lease demands are met. We asked famed landlord rep Ed Aldrin for his thoughts: “It’s ridiculous; there’s no guarantee they’ll even have water, let alone the amenities most retailers prefer, such as an atmosphere.” Undeterred, Price Hut CEO Marcia Red has already put out an RFP for a developer that specializes in Lunar Eclipse Entity Development (or as you pros call it, LEED). |
