Zephyr Partners purchased 2850 6th Ave, a 65k SF medical office building between Palm and Olive streets, from Park Equity for $12.15M. In turn, the developer plans to raze the structure to make way for a 13-story condo tower in Bankers Hill. Colliers International's Victor Krebs (here) brokered the sale.
