A new and sexy condo tower is coming to San Diego. How sexy? Think 64 units with views of Balboa Park and San Diego Bay.
Zephyr Partners purchased 2850 6th Ave, a 65k SF medical office building between Palm and Olive streets, from Park Equity for $12.15M. In turn, the developer plans to raze the structure to make way for a 13-story condo tower in Bankers Hill. Colliers International's Victor Krebs (here) brokered the sale.
Called The Park at Bankers Hill (here), Zephyr plans to create units ranging from 1,600 to more than 4k SF, according to the company's website. And the price point is not for the faint of heart: Units will start at $1.5M. The project will also include 4,300 SF of street-level retail and underground parking.
