Shea Properties Completes Industrial Facility At Bressi Ranch In Carlsbad

Shea Properties has completed Shea Center Carlsbad, a 119,408 SF Class-A industrial center on an 8.29-acre site in the exclusive Bressi Ranch area of Carlsbad. The project includes two 59,704 SF industrial buildings, each with first- and second-floor offices and about 50k SF of warehouse space. The buildings feature four loading docks, three grade-level expandable doors, 30-foot clear height, ESFR sprinkler systems, and 40-foot by 60-foot column spacing.

“We are excited to add Shea Center Carlsbad to our growing industrial portfolio,” Shea VP of industrial acquisitions and development Jon Marchiorlatti says. “This is a great location for businesses looking to establish themselves in San Diego County.”

In the coastal North County community of Bressi Ranch, tenants of Shea Center Carlsbad have quick access to the I-5 and Palomar Airport Road and are close to the Carlsbad Poinsettia Commuter Rail and Palomar Airport. Nearby amenities and dining options are available at Bressi Ranch Village Center and Palomar Commons.

Shea is negotiating two leases at Shea Center Carlsbad. Innovation, House of Air, an indoor trampoline park, could lease 32,227 SF in one building, and Acoustic Ales, a local brewery, could take 27,477 SF. Voit brokers Chuck and Erik McNary are handling leasing for Shea Center Carlsbad.
