CBRE Young Gun Named NAIOP Young Leader

CBRE's Melissa Foster Scofield (here with her husband, California Home Builders' Sean) is someone to watch. Melissa was among only 15 NAIOP members across the nation to have just received the organization's Developing Leaders Award. Melissa, a NAIOP member since 2012, will assume the developing leaders council co-presidency in 2016. She brokers urban investment properties at CBRE.
