Turkey Talk

San Diego

Pathfinder Partners along with a local Colorado development partner gobbled up the former Butterball Turkey processing plant in Longmont, northwest of Denver, for $4.5M for a planned redevelopment project. The property consists of seven parcels totaling nearly 28 acres. The facility closed in 2011 and processing shifted to China (before that happened, the fights over the wishbones were epic). The site will be stuffed with a mix of multifamily, commercial, and retail uses in multiple phases, including a 250-unit apartment community slated to break ground in late 2014.
