We've heard of soft landings, but here's a deal that could be especially painful without one: Flip Force San Diego, which just leased more than 16k SF of retail space at 9212-9292 Miramar Rd for an elite-level competition gym. Colliers International's Tom Wilcox represented the tenant, while Sentre Partners' Jim Hamilton repped the landlord, Peckham Properties. Move-in is proposed in July.
