LEE SIGN

Increased construction in the Temecula Valley could be good news for the numerous brokers advertising commercially zoned land for sale. This week, we chatted with one of them: Lee & Associates' Jason Gwazdacz, who's marketing 12 acres off of Domenigoni Highway. Although the parcel was going to be the centerpiece to a large housing development, which remains unbuilt, he tells us he's getting more calls on it. Additionally, the retail broker is seeing more activity among restaurants--the big players are looking around, and even mom-and-pop operators are perking up. "People are starting to see positive equity in their homes, which is a huge catalyst" for small businesses. Jason just did a 1,500 SF restaurant lease in Palm Plaza in Temecula.
