No, we're not talking about all the "US Women's Hockey Olympic Champion" t-shirts that are suddenly less expensive. Paseo Pointe, Affirmed Housing's affordable multifamily community, which broke ground last month in Vista, received an investment from Boston Capital. The low-income housing tax credit project is the companies' 18th investment together, according to Boston COO Jeff Goldstein. The 69-unit Paseo Pointe has two three-story buildings connected by a pedestrian bridge. The north building also will contain ground-floor retail space.
