Kilroy Details Second Sale to John Hancock

Kilroy Realty offered another glimpse in its pending sale of nearly 1M SF of office space in San Diego. In the firm's latest SEC filing, it reports that the six buildings trading to John Hancock Real Estate (which we first reported here)—including 6260, 6290 (here), 6310, 6340 and 6350 Sequence Dr as well as 4921 Directors Place—were 92% occupied. The $163M sale is expected to close in July, according to docs. This is the second swath of office properties that are being sold to John Hancock in recent weeks, as we reported here.
