East Coast marketing company Fuse (from Vermont, to be precise) is establishing a presence on the West Coast in the brand-new Pearl West office building. The agency, which specializes in teen and young adult marketing, is one of the first tenants at Regus, a provider of flexible workspace that occupies about 19k SF of Pearl West at 1455 NW Irving St.
About 10 Fuse workers will work at Regus at first. The company expects to expand its Portland presence within the coming year, the Portland Business Journal reports. Wacom Technology Group, the anchor tenant in Pearl West, moved into its new HQ in the building last week. [PBJ]
