Paramount Expands PA Holdings

NJ-based Paramount Realty Services acquired a PA portfolio of retail, mixed-use and storage properties from LMS Commercial Real Estate, the Philadelphia Business Journal reports. The portfolio includes 30 properties totaling about 2M SF. With the deal, Paramount’s holdings will grow to 7.5M SF, including the Northeast Tower Center in Philadelphia (pictured), Marketplace at Neshaminy in Bensalem and Festival at Exton in Exton.
