Parkway, Hanover Plan North Broad Apartments

Parkway Corp and Houston-based Hanover Co are teaming up to develop Hanover North Broad, which will consist of two six-story apartment buildings across from each other on two corners at Broad and Callowhill streets. All together, the development will total 339 units, along with 330 parking spaces and 17.5k SF of retail space. This is the first time Hanover and locally based Parkway have collaborated on a project, the Philadelphia Business Journal reports. The building on the southwest corner, at 229 units, will be larger than the 110-unit building on the southeast corner. [PBJ]
