A mixed-use development that will include apartments and a rock-climbing gym is coming to North Delaware Avenue in Fishtown, a mile north of One Water Street.

The proposed structure, which unanimously passed Civic Design Review, would include the historic "Rope Building," the façade of which would be preserved while the inside would include 10 apartments above ground-floor retail. Beside it will be the new structure, to include 159 apartments above a Grid City Climbing location, a residents' lobby and a café on the ground floor, according to Curbed.

The new construction building will total 170k SF, with a roof deck and pool and 75 below-ground parking spaces. The lot is already zoned as CMX-3, and won't require any zoning variances. [Curbed]
