Theres a cable show in the future for these guysmaybe Xtreme Maintenance! In the middle is Dave Berryman, maintenance tech for the Kamson Corps Tree Top Apartments, who recently took 1st Overall Champion in the New Jersey Apartment Associations Maintenance Mania. He'll be repping NJ in the nationals in San Diego next month. In the contest, maintenance techs compete in table games based on common maintenance activities, including the Fluidmaster Duo Flush Toilet Conversions and the Kiddie Fire & Carbon Monoxide Safety Installations. Snapped with Dave are Kamsons Steve Guzman, who was second in NJ, and Value Cos Craig Hintzen, who was third.
