Drawbridge Realty Pays $37M For Building In Santa Ana

San Francisco’s Drawbridge Realty just paid $37M for the building at 1700 E Saint Andrew Place, the Abbott Medical Optics HQ.
Del Mar Partnership in Del Mar sold the three-story, 171,330 SF building.
The purchase marks the first time Drawbridge has owned property in Orange County, according to the Orange County Register.
Company officials say the building is well-located and fits with the company’s current goals and mission. [OCR]
