Irvine's HomeUnion is stepping into multifamily, repping buyers in four apartment building deals, totaling around $8.7M.

The apartment buildings include 125 units in four cities: Raleigh, North Carolina, Clearwater, Florida, Indianapolis and Dallas, GlobeSt reports.

In Raleigh, HomeUnion assisted in closing a deal for a 15-unit, 15,029 SF apartment building for $835K.

HomeUnion negotiated a deal for a 46-unit, 28,060 SF garden-apartment complex for $3.58M in Clearwater.

In Indianapolis, a 38-unit, 43,054 SF was traded for $1.8M, and in Dallas, HomeUnion negotiated a $2.5M, all-cash deal for a 19,098 SF Old East Caroll multifamily property.

Before these deals, HomeUnion generally focused on single-family investments.
