Resurgent Residential Boosts Office Leasing

Last year, office leasing in Orange County picked up steam, and Orion principal Bob Thagard (right, with managing partner Jay Carnahan) tells us prospects are good this year, thanks to momentum in the housing market. One of the industries in Orange County exhibiting the most growth is real estate businesses such as mortgage companies, homebuilders, and title companies. As one of a number of real estate-related leases, Bob cites,Greenlight Financial Services, which took 91k SF in Irvine. Orion repped the tenant in that deal.
