Bisnow is proud to announce we are seeking nominations for the first D.C. Region Women Leading Real Estate awards, which will recognize leaders from across the area's commercial real estate industry at an event on Dec. 6.
The event will celebrate the accomplishments of women who have excelled in their fields, and it will recognize up-and-coming women who are beginning to make their mark on commercial real estate. It will also provide opportunities for networking and resources for professional development.
For this year's awards, Bisnow is seeking nominees in four categories: deal-maker of the year, innovator of the year, leader of the year and rising star. We have recruited an external steering committee to judge all nominations. The selectors include:

Roberta Liss, regional managing principal, Cushman & Wakefield.
Kyle Schoppmann, president, mid-Atlantic, CBRE.
Maria Thompson, chief operating officer, Hoffman & Associates.
Tony Marquez, president of commercial banking, senior executive vice president, EagleBank.
Toby Bozzuto, CEO, The Bozzuto Group.
