Wolf Trap Ball!

Senator Rand Paul (right) and his wife Kelley, here with Randy and Laura Fenninger, talked to us about his recent humanitarian trip to Guatemala to perform critical eye surgeries.

The night’s honorary host, United Arab Emirates Ambassador Yousef Al Otaiba, delivered remarks in front of a beautiful Emirati background. The influence of his country was everywhere: decorations, food, flowers, and music. Many Gulf countries sent their Ambassadors.

Guests enjoyed an open bar reception with Middle Eastern-inspired appetizers (we loved the mini lamb burgers). Dinner was delish seared scallops and beef tenderloin over couscous. Attorney Annie Pacious, consultant Katie Sanson, US Senate’s Erin Yeatman, and Karen Gonzalez at the on-stage hookah bar.
