Last night, we also went to the opening night reception and performance for the new Marvel Universe LIVE! at Verizon Center. The audience loved the special effects, stunts, and never-before-seen story in this family-friendly, live-action adventure. We snapped CNN’s Dana Bash, her son Jonah with a Hulk mask on his head, and The Avengers' Black Widow.

The show has a great 3-D effect fight sequence with Thor and Spiderman vs. the Sinister Six inside the Statue of Liberty. The crowd was wowed when the normal-sized Bruce Banner transformed into giant-sized The Hulk in seconds before our eyes. The show has 25 Marvel characters coming together in a new story with Spider-Man, Hulk, Iron Man, Wolverine, and Thor battling villains. We snapped the cast.
