LAYC board chair and EagleBank’s Antonio Marquez, The Next Step PCS executive director Julie Meyer, and TheDream.US co-founder Donald Graham, who was honored. For 48 years, LAYC has empowered 70,000 youths through multi-cultural, comprehensive and innovative programs.
