Busboys and Poets owner Andy Shallal has helped lead the charge, as his innovative bookstore/cafe has gone from humble beginnings at 14th and V streets to three other locations, with more on the way. He'll be speaking along with other top food entrepreneurs like Granville Moore's co-owner Teddy Folkman, RG BBQ's Robert Gadsby, Roofers Union's Dave Delaplaine, and Cava Mezze Grill CEO Brett Schulman.
