DC Firm Tahzoo Doubles in Size

Customer experience firm Tahzoo doubled in size this week to 350 people with its purchase of Netherlands-based digital agency HintTech. The DC company, which has offices in Seattle, Richmond, VA, and London, now claims to be one of the largest independent customer experience agencies selling digital transformation services and solutions all over the world. Tahzoo CEO Brad Heidemann (right), shaking hands with HintTech CEO Egbert Hendriks, tells us the company’s global clients like to see a local presence with people who know the language and culture. Tahzoo’s revenue has been growing 100% annually, but Brad says it’ll be harder to double each year based on its new size. He predicts the growth clip will be more like 50% to 60%. Brad also predicts Tahzoo will be making more acquisitions in 2016, potentially in the Asia Pacific region.
