Valbridge Property Advisors Awarded National USPS Contract

The US Postal Service has awarded a national contract to provide appraisal and due diligence services to Valbridge Property Advisors.

Valbridge was awarded the contract based on several factors, including technical approach, past performance and program management. The company will perform commercial property valuations and market rents analysis and offer consistent appraisal and analysis reports. Included among Valbridge’s responsibilities is the analysis of lease versus purchase options for buildings in the USPS portfolio, which includes an inventory of 32,150 facilities with more than 290M SF of owned and leased space.

David H. Brooks, Senior Managing Director of Valbridge’s DC regional office, said, “Valbridge appreciates the Postal Service’s vote of confidence in our national capability and work quality. It is an honor and a privilege to support the Postal Service with independent valuations and market analysis in the best interest of the institution.”
