Walker & Dunlop has announced that Christopher Doerr and William Harvey (shown) have joined its investment sales group, and will be based out of the Bethesda office.
The addition of the duo helps to fulfill the company’s strategic goal of expanding its investment sales group to the Mid-Atlantic region, particularly metro DC. The two will be responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raises for multifamily assets.
"Chris and Will have a proven track record in the DC metro and Mid-Atlantic region, a terrific reputation, and we are very excited to have them join Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales," said Walker & Dunlop EVP Greg Engler in a statement.
Doerr and Harvey come from Cushman & Wakefield, where Doerr served as senior managing director and worked with the owners of institutional real estate, while Harvey served as an associate, assisting in the disposition and equity placement process.
