Last night, 700 packed in Gensler's 2020 K St offices for its 13th annual Red Party, including the firm's Vaki Mawema, marketing guru Gigi Webb, and DC co-managing director Jeff Barber.
Also on hand: Mosaic Urban Partners’ Calvin Gladney and Forest City VP Tom Archer. This year, the party added a bourbon tasting bar and a musical trio.
GW president Steve Knapp and his wife Diane were also there, after walking over from the inauguration of the White House Visitors Center.
And a tipster sent us this shot from inside the party: Gensler's David Bernhardt and Christian Amolsch and Peabody Furniture CEO Chris Peabody. Gensler's work is seemingly all over the place, from the recently delivered Tysons Tower (exterior) to WAMU's new space on Connecticut Avenue (interior) to a two-tower, 2.2M SF complex in Beijing.
