Bill Moylan Joins JLL as Managing Director

JLL has hired Bill Moylan as a managing director in its DC office. Bill will lead Mid-Atlantic retail investment business for the firm as it continues to beef up its capital markets team.

“Bill has strong technical expertise in structuring complex transactions and with his significant track record in retail investment sales for national and international clients, he will be a great addition to our team,” Mike Ellis, JLL's Mid-Atlantic market director, says.

Moylan brings over 30 years of experience to his new role with JLL. He most recently worked for CBRE in New England, where his team was directly involved in nearly $14B in transactions. He was hired originally in New England back in August, but is coming back to the region (he graduated from the US Naval Academy in Annapolis).
